Randy A. Risler, CFS®, AIF®

President

Randy is CEO and founder of Nine Pillars Wealth Management. Randy graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, with a business degree. He majored in corporate finance with an emphasis on economics and securities analysis. He spent six years practicing financial planning and investment consulting at the accounting firm LarsonAllen. He was recruited by Security Financial Bank to serve as the founder and president of its wealth management division for 10 years. Randy purchased the wealth management division of the bank on January 1, 2015, and works closely with his teammates to serve 250 households as their primary investment counsel and 20 businesses as their retirement plan advisor. Randy holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 26, 53, and 65 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network®. He is also licensed in areas of life, health, and accident insurance. Randy diligently studied rigorous coursework and passed exams to attain the CFS® and AIF® designations.

When Randy is not engaged in his profession, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Mandi; and children: Blake, Bennett, Marlee, and Briggs. They live 16 miles south of Eau Claire on a wooded 204-acre wildlife preserve. Randy and his family enjoy improving the natural habitat for wildlife species, ranging from bears and grouse to deer and bobcats. Randy and his family are also dedicated to the community and church to which they belong. They enjoy volunteering and are actively involved in several community organizations.  Randy attributes the trust of his clients and the success he has accomplished in the financial profession to his core values.

Adam Stine

Wealth Manager

Adam is a wealth manager working with clients with the goal of growing their investments, creating secure retirement income strategies and helping them to protect the resources that they have built throughout their lives.  Since 2013, he has used his attention to detail and genuine empathy in understanding their needs to develop a path to reach their financial goals. 

Adam graduated from Greenville College where he majored in Psychology, and is happily married to his wife, Camilla.  When he is away from the office, he enjoys golf, cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals and taking walks with Camilla and their dog.  He is a devoted member of his church and is often found speaking to the congregation on Sunday mornings.  He is passionate about giving back to the community and co-founded Project Nine 9th Avenue, which supports numerous non-profit organizations in the Chippewa Valley, contributing over 250 volunteer hours annually since 2015.

Donelle Bennett

Client Relations Associate

Donelle joined the Nine Pillars team in October 2013. She has an extensive background in customer service operations and management, with companies such as eBay Enterprise, Menard’s, and Humana. Donelle is committed to supporting clients and helping them achieve their short- and long-term goals. She specializes in life insurance and also is a notary for the state of Wisconsin. Outside of work, Donelle is an active volunteer in the community, currently serving as a community volunteer coordinator at her local church, and loves to travel and spend time with her daughter, Noelle. 

Greg Poeschel

Financial Analyst

Greg joined the Nine Pillars team as a financial analyst in June 2020.  He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a major in finance and minor in marketing.  Greg worked as an intern for Nine Pillars during the last year of his undergraduate degree and interned at a local bank for the preceding three years.  He is excited to use his knowledge of the financial industry to assist clients.  Outside of the office, Greg works a part-time job at Scheels, and enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
